This policy explains what personal information Balancing in Motion (Pty) Ltd collects through this website, and how it gets used, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this site, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, what the enquiry is about, and anything you write in the message field. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

Information from the enquiry form is used only to respond to you and to provide the service you have asked about. It is not used for anything else, and it is not sold.

Sharing

Personal information is not shared with third parties, except where needed to provide a service you have requested or where required by law.

Storage and security

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the relationship, and is stored with reasonable care to protect it from loss or unauthorised access.

Cookies and other tools

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address as a normal part of serving a web font.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. To do any of this, email hello@balancinginmotion.co.za. You can also raise a concern with South Africa's Information Regulator.
