Coaching

The plan was never the missing piece.

Most people who come to coaching are not missing information. They have already tried the meal plans, the trainers, the apps. What is usually missing is a way to make a change hold once the motivation wears off, which is what this programme is built around.

Why this is harder than it should be

Three things that usually get in the way.

One missed week can feel like the whole thing failing

A single setback often gets treated as proof that change will not work, rather than a normal part of it. That reaction usually ends the attempt, not the setback itself.

More rules rarely fix a stalled plan

When progress slows, most programmes respond by adding more to track and more to remember. For most people, that makes the plan harder to keep, not easier.

Paying by the session does not point at a result

An hourly rate frames coaching as something to book when there is time, rather than a programme working towards a specific outcome.

Signature Coaching Programme

Three phases, twelve weeks, one-to-one.

A structured programme for closing the gap between knowing and doing. The first few sessions run in person or by video, then move mostly online.

01

Understand

Weeks 1 to 3 · one 60-minute session a week

An assessment of habits, energy, pain points and stress patterns. Two or three behaviour patterns get identified, and the goals for the programme get set.

02

Shift

Weeks 4 to 8 · one 45-minute session a week

Micro-habits get introduced one at a time, treating movement, nutrition, stress and sleep as connected rather than separate projects. Async support between sessions.

03

Sustain

Weeks 9 to 12 · one 45-minute session a fortnight

Everything gets consolidated and adjusted, and a personal maintenance plan gets built for after the programme ends. Async support continues.
